What is the Contract?

Developed by the INC Business Integrity Committee, the contract provides members with one single document without any conflicting terms that is simple, balanced, transparent, and flexible, which can be used in the sale and purchase of nuts and dried fruits, given that at least one party is an INC Member.

Which terms and conditions arbitration organizations are involved

When using the INC Short Form Contract, parties have the option to select the applicable General Terms & Conditions and arbitral organizations, in case contractual issues arise. Please see below the available options:

How can I use the INC short form contract

The INC Short Form Contract can be used given that at least one of the parties is an INC Member. The contract is available to be filled out as a PDF online or it can be printed and filled out by hand. The INC does not warrant the suitability of any particular set of Terms and Conditions or Incoterms® for any particular transaction. Please ensure that both parties sign the same contract and the different selected options match.
